Caleb Mission Newsletter šŸ’Œ The First Week of November

Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace is with you. It's already the end of the year, and Thanksgiving is near. Additionally, the Daniel Prayer Meeting has begun.

Ā

Reports indicate that North Korea has sent troops to Kursk, Russia. This is highly concerning.

Ā

There should be no war in this world. Let us unite in prayer that the young troops from North Korea do not become victims of their regime. We also pray for a reduction in tensions between North and South Korea. Additionally, we hope that the North Korean troops deployed to Russia will find the courage to desert, by the grace of God, or have the opportunity to hear the gospel while they are there. Since they are outside North Korea, they might hear the gospel online or receive it from missionaries and fellow Christians. I sincerely pray that they find salvation in Jesus and that, through God's guidance, they can escape and eventually reach South Korea or other places where they can encounter God.

Ā

Caleb Mission is committed to helping North Korean defectors escape. Unfortunately, many of these individuals have been deceived in the past and are unfamiliar with Christianity, resulting in a deep distrust of others. Additionally, reports of arrests in China only amplify their fears.

Ā

There have been numerous instances where North Korean escapees have changed their minds just before we were ready to initiate their rescue. They often reach out later to request assistance again once they hear that others have successfully escaped. This cycle has occurred repeatedly. We ask for prayers to strengthen their courage and trust.

Ā

Please pray for Caleb Mission as we continue to support those in need. We ask for your prayers for the Southeast Asia Center, where North Korean escapees are introduced to the gospel.

Ā

Caleb Mission's missionaries working in Southeast Asia will soon visit us in Korea. We are dedicated to aiding those who risk their lives to rescue North Korean escapees and share the gospel. Please pray for their safety, and we hope they will find some rest during their visit. Thank you for your support.

1. Heavenly Father, please help us spread the gospel to all nations and establish Your kingdom so that those suffering from war and famine can live with hope.

Ā

2. God, please grant missionaries helping North Korean escapees in Southeast Asia a meaningful time of comfort and healing through Your abundant grace during their visit to Korea.

Ā

3. God, we pray that the North Korean troops sent to Russia, victims of the dictator's tyranny, will hear the gospel and accept Jesus, allowing the seeds of the gospel to enter North Korea again.
